Registration
Registration includes a (new higher quality suit in 2023) five-piece Santa Suit to run in, a post race cider, a bowl of chili to warm you up after the race sponsored by A Room at the Table catering, and entrance to the all-ages after party featuring live holiday music by Laura Velvet. This is a family friendly event, all ages are welcome.
Register kids 8 and under (must be able to run on their own) for the free Reindeer Run! Registration includes a pair of antlers and entrance in the Reindeer Run, a 1/4 mile fun run starting at 10:15 AM.
Registration opens 10/30 and ends at 9:30am on race morning 12/09/23 - or if event fills to capacity.
All registration is online and must be completed prior to packet pick up.

You can pick up your packet at the Wild State Cider taproom the week leading up to race day.

Parking
West Superior Street will be closed to traffic from 27th Ave to 24th Ave between 9:45 am and 12:15 am
Please arrive early or park on the surrounding streets. There will be no parking in the Wild State Cider parking lot.

We will be offering your free ciders indoors or by the fire outside if you prefer to distance from others. Dress warm!

What better way to bring on Christmas Cheer than to get the family together to race dressed up as Santa Clause? Join us for the Santa 5K, a fun run and walk for the whole family, winding through the Lincoln Park craft district of Duluth, MN.
Start and end at Wild State Cider, then finish off with a celebration at the taproom with Wild State Cider. Your registration includes one free cider, a 5 piece Santa suit and a whole lot of cheer.

Can I pick up someone else's packet & vice versa?
Yes, and Yes. We do not need to see ID, but be sure the other person knows you are picking up their packet for them.

Is there a cut off time for how quickly I must finish the 5K?
No, but we do expect participants to actively attempt finishing and not stop along the way.

Are there age limits to participants? Do I have to be 21?
No age limits or requirements! Everyone is welcome to participate!

Can I get a refund, defer or transfer my registration?
Sorry, no refunds. Deferrals are on a case by case basis until 12/2 for pregnancy, medical emergency or military deployment. We cannot allow deferrals for injuries, sorry. Please contact Lisa at info@wildstatecider.com for deferrals and transfers.

Where can I park on race day? Can I park at Wild State Cider?
Parking will be limited, so we suggest arriving early and parking on nearby streets and lots. No parking at the Wild State parking lot.

Will the Santa Suit fit me? What about fitting my kids?
The Santa suit is a one-size-fits-all adult suit. We can't guarantee fit. Kids should plan to wear the jacket only to avoid tripping hazards. We have new higher quality suits for 2023!
